“I was required to attend a DUI class by the court. The class was well ran. Tina was very compassionate and made the group very positive. Unfortunately they are held to certain guidelines that hold them back from personal care. On the other side of that the counselors do their best to accommodate individual needs.”

“Worst experience ever, was a crisis case and they kept putting me out 3 months every time for an appointment even though I needed a appointment every other week. They do not care for your mental health at all”

“They never pick up their phones, and the counselors just want to push you out the door, not actually help”

“I went early in the morning sometime Jan or Feb of this year for my initial in take session. I never heard anything from them . I called to see if I could make an appointment, they said "No, we will call you to make an appointment. I heard nothing. Finally I received a call from them asking if I still wanted to make an appointment,, like in May. She said she would call me back!! But guess what!! It's July and I still haven't been able to make an appointment”
