“Terrible service. Absolutely horrendous personnel at intake over the phone. I am calling around from out of state, on behalf of family member to try and get some help. This particular woman was rude, non-empathetic and extremely unpersonable. Once I asked for a supervisor to speak with so that I may get the information I needed efficiently as well as report the behavior of the staff member I was speaking to, that staff member hung up on me. I then called back and it rang and rang until another person answered who was polite, I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and it went to voicemail. I'm not sure what type of training the intake personnel have for this facility but in my opinion it fell short today. I am not calling to schedule a vacation, I'm calling to help a family member change their life. A family member I love very much. Shame on this lady and her unprofessional demeanor. I would not recommend this facility for any reason.”

“Very nice staff. This clinic really just wants to help people get their lives back! They've been doing online group meetings on zoom and social distance regulations are in place. Also it's a very clean clinic, like above n beyond clean! Security there is very good at making sure everyone is safe and healthy. Great clinic.”
