“My 16-year-old daughter, who has a learning disability, currently receives therapy services through ADAPT. Her therapist has been supportive and effective, and we truly appreciate the care she provides. However, I have serious concerns regarding ADAPT Mobile Crisis services, specifically the supervisor of the mobile crisis team. During our interactions, I have experienced the supervisor as dismissive and, at times, rude toward both myself and my daughter. This has made already difficult situations more stressful and discouraging. I was also informed by the mobile crisis supervisor that the crisis van would no longer be sent out in situations where we believed it was necessary. The reasoning for this decision was not clearly explained, and it has left us feeling unsupported during critical moments. Additionally, I am concerned that there may be a lack of understanding or appropriate approach when working with individuals who have learning disabilities. This is a crucial part of providing safe and effective care for my daughter. Given the seriousness of these concerns, I am requesting that this situation be formally reviewed and that appropriate action be taken regarding the conduct and decision-making of the mobile crisis supervisor. The ADAPT Mobile Crisis supervisor provided false information about my daughter and made her hurt herself more The adapt mobile crisis supervisors name is Rachael fowler I don't recommend people call ADAPT Mobile Crisis”

“I've become Jaded when it comes to this program. They provide little to no stability when it comes to case managers - I've had 3 different case managers in the 2 years that I've been a patient. My last case manager still works there and completely ignores me when walking through the lobby. I truly can't wait to finish tapering off of Methadone and move on with my life. Deuces✌️”

“★ UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER ★ 8/2019 Dr. Montero up & walked out oneday(GOOD RIDDANCE!) Who was replaced by Dr. Collins! He seems to be a GOOD! Dr with a solid background in psychiatry, Which is a very handy tool for a program like this! I feel he actually cares about the clients unlike his predecessor 🤔Unfortunately Paul R. (Program Director) is no longer here 😥 I was recently informed people are working hard at making changes to better the program So I updated My rating from 2 to 3 stars I will post more updates in months ahead★★★ (the following was wrote about 1yr previous) ADAPT's MAT(MEDICATED ASSISTED TREATMENT) PROGRAM upon opening we were reassured it was going to be essentially the same as where we had come from, but over time aspects of Tx. Like taking THC from tolerable to fully illicit without a med. Card. Causing some financially challenged clients to stop or be faced with loosing there medication (DETOX) Even going as far as claiming they were always a zero tolerance prog. From the beginning. As of recent the newer clients (ones new to MAT & ones that started about 1yr after they first opened have a somewhat easier "ADAPTabilty" rate hopefully this will continue to rise projecting them into long-term recovery for many patients myself included we were coming from other programs outside the county & spending many years at these clinics. we were reassured time & again of how nothing would change for us that it was to be a much more convient location we spilled in from Eugene, Medford, & Grant's Pass, now they have made it so Adapt OTP is the only place we can go! No longer able to attend or have access to other Tx programs that were harm reductionreduction models & that were working for us before we transferred here I myself spending many years on Methadone & enjoying the clinic I attended. As time went on they started to change a thing here or a thing there. With these changes came reasons for them to Remove people More & more with a fast detox putting them in Withdrawl and causing them to go back out into the street using heroin &/or other opiates they were using before Tx. ● THE MAJORITY of THESE DRASTIC & DANGEROUS ☠ CONSEQUENCES WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED AT OTHER CLINICS! Upon opening they had a mandatory group for transferring clients where they focused on putting us at ease, Claiming The type of differences we would notice were mainly small & simple ones & our status would also remain the same (What days & how often we must come in ie. Takeouts) ★ IT WAS THESE CLIENTS WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO OPEN ★ Over a relatively short amount of time as new clients filtered in major changes were starting to pop up! We were told nothing would be different from the programs that we left from and they kept their word for a little while, but slowly it was one thing after another that kept changing I feel tricked I've seen too many poor souls pushed back out to the streets, HAVING TO REVERT BACK TO THE BEHAVIORS THEY HAD SUPPRESSED WITH THE HELP OF MEDICATION, THIS APPROACH IS DANGEROUS & A CONTRADICTION OF THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH! I'VE SEEN HOW THIS ENDS TOO MANY TIMES 🤔💊💉☠️😢😥 ★★★So let's hope that they really do make changes for the betterment & safety of the people!★★★”

“Went to counseling there had a terrible experience the counselor promise that she would be there to help me through my problems and that she would be different from all the rest that I've treated me poorly and have never worked out. Needless to say she opened up the dark doors of my trauma and I was left to deal with my PTSD myself as she bailed on me and then adapt called me and offered me a $15 gift card if I would do a survey on why I stopped going talk about a slap in the face! I recommend not going to this place that is they will treat you very poorly. And you will be more traumatized by the time you're done. I was left traumatized has now I do not trust any counselor. If you do decide to go there and you're treated poorly and you stop going and you contact the counselor's boss they will not do anything but ignore your calls. They're no better than the counselors which is why they have said for counsolers.”
