“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NO MORE!!!!!! If I could give less stars I would rate them negative numbers. This company is a joke! You may ask why because there other companies have great ratings well here’s the tea they have an online portal you’d think great right wrong, if you owe any form of balance they want your money right then and now otherwise you can’t get completed with registration allowing to start your video visit, you’d think well that’s not a problem I’d pay my balance & not complain. Well for me & my family we use an HSA card, so sometimes I’m waiting on money to be uploaded to it, you’d think there would be a way to come back to it later and continue with therapy visit for the day. Well let me tell yea nope they won’t even give you the zoom code over the phone without a payment, I don’t do payments over the phone, or through the web and they wouldn’t even let you come to the office to pay later today they wanted there money and now.
