“I really like my provider but the customer service and schedulers can be lacking. I am not sure if they are outsourced but that part can be really low quality. A lot of things take several phone calls to get done. However, Mary is fantastic and I enjoy having her as a provider.”

“Where do I start? I truly don't know where to begin on how to give so much praise to this clinic and their staff and clinicians and doctors that have helped me along my mental health journey. I originally started here for TMS therapy. Unfortunately, I had to stop that therapy due to my own personal hindering factors. However, the case I was referred to Dr. Grant and she has completely changed my life for the best. I could not possibly write in words how truly grateful and blessed. I am to have met this wonderful woman who finally gave me my life back after decades of struggling with my mental health and not being properly treated for my past and more present diagnosises. She listened to me when I would tell her about my highs and my lows. She wanted me to entertain the idea of trying something new even though I didn't know if that was going to be the right choice cuz I had done this with so many others before. I once was taking depakote at a very high dose and I truly felt like a zombie in my everyday-to-day life. I was being treated for a mental health issue that I thought I had but I truly do not have that specific mental health diagnosis. Dr. Grant saw the underlining issues that needed to be dealt with and she heard me out and put me on a medication. Would benefit my ADHD mental health roller coaster since Dr. Grant and I have been meeting with one another I truly can say I am a different individual and I have never felt more "normal" in my life. NeuStart has given me my life back and has been able to allow for me to be a better mom and a better individual than I ever have been. The best way I can describe is I've been walking around like a zombie with a veil over my eyes not knowing what to do just being. Whereas now I am firing on all four cylinders and I see life in a different way and I do not sleep my life away or wish that by some way I would not be here anymore. This office has given me my life back my sense of self back and more importantly it's given my son, his mother back and for that I am truly and forever grateful.
