“Treatment was somewhat beneficial at the time and staff were all very pleasant to deal with. However, I’m suddenly dealing with an unpaid balance that has gone to collections!?! We have a very high credit score and I’m hoping this fiasco will be quickly resolved. I was told that I was paid up at the end of treatment plus I had been paying co-pays at each visit. Now I’m being told there are co-pays due and a visit that was not covered by insurance. I don’t understand why someone from Pathways or their billing department did not call me but instead allowed this bill to go to collections. I think I received one bill in January which I assumed was a mistake since my understanding was that insurance had covered my visits, and now in March I get a notice that the unpaid balance has gone to collections.
